How to Organize: Community Meetings

Whether you are preparing to take a leadership role in your local School Council, working with your neighbours to revitalize a local green space or organizing a campaign to challenge City Hall, it all begins with creating space for likeminded folks to talk about the issues that are important to them.

These 3 modules are designed to enhance the foundational skills needed to lead Community Meetings:

  • Setting Agendas
  • Balancing Discussion
  • Collective Decision-Making
Each module will build your knowledge and give you opportunities to practice new skills, and you will be invited to reflect on your own experiences in order to deepen your capacity for leadership.

Each module can stand alone or you can register for all three and earn a Certificate.
